International Shipping

We ship to select countries via DHL, UPS, and USPS international services. Available options and pricing appear at checkout after you enter your address.

  • Customs, duties, and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility and are assessed by your country’s customs authority.
  • Refusal of delivery for unpaid duties will result in the order being returned. We can refund the item cost less shipping and any return fees once received and inspected.
  • Transit estimates vary by destination. Most deliveries arrive in 5–14 business days after dispatch.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for scans to update.
  • Signature may be required for orders $400+ or at our discretion for security.
  • If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, or building management and wait 24 hours. Then contact the carrier to initiate a trace and reach out to us.
  • Packages returned due to incorrect/insufficient address can be reshipped (additional postage may apply) or refunded for the item total less shipping when received back in original condition.

Pre‑Orders, Drops, and Split Shipments

  • Pre‑orders ship on or around the estimated date shown on the product page. If combined with in‑stock items, we may ship together on the later date or split at our discretion.
  • Split shipments will generate multiple tracking numbers—watch your inbox for updates.

Edits, Cancellations, and Address Changes

  • To request an edit or cancellation, contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order. We’ll do our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed once processing begins.
  • For address corrections after dispatch, some carriers allow rerouting for a fee; contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Holiday & Peak Season

During peak seasons (holidays, special drops), carrier networks can experience delays outside our control. Order early to ensure on‑time delivery.
