Overview
We stand behind the quality and craft of Godspeed New York. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method or store credit. Exchanges for size or color are available when inventory permits.

Eligibility requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- New, unused, and unwashed
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Free of odors, stains, pet hair, and alterations
- Returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Return window starts on the day the package is marked delivered by the carrier.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number, items, reason, and photos if defective.
- We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
- Pack items securely. Include the RMA number inside the package.
- Ship using the provided label or your own trackable method (keep the receipt).
Returns without an RMA or outside the window may be refused or sent back to sender.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
- Reply to your RMA email requesting an exchange and the desired size/color.
- We will hold your replacement for 7 days after issuing your RMA.
- If the item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.
Refunds & timing
- Once delivered to our facility and inspected, approved refunds are issued in 1–3 business days.
- Banks and payment providers may take 3–10 additional business days to post the credit.
- Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless we made an error.
- Store credit refunds are issued via digital gift card.
Non‑returnable items
Unless defective or we shipped the wrong item, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked “Final Sale”, “Limited Drop”, “Sample”, or “Mystery”
- Underwear, socks, face coverings
- Gift cards and digital products
- Customized, tailored, or altered items
Return shipping
- US returns for fit or preference: a prepaid label is available; the label cost is deducted from your refund.
- Our error or defective item: we cover the return shipping.
- If using your own carrier, use a trackable service and keep proof of postage.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging.
- We will prioritize a replacement or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
International orders
- International returns follow the same 14‑day window and eligibility standards.
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are non‑refundable by us. Check with your local customs office for potential recovery.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless we made an error.
Limited drops & pre‑orders
- Some capsules are released in limited quantities. Items marked “Limited Drop” may be final sale.
- Pre‑order ship dates are estimates; we’ll email updates for material or production shifts.
- If a pre‑order is significantly delayed (14+ days beyond the estimated ship window), you may request a refund before shipment.
Holiday/extended window
Orders placed between Nov 15 and Dec 31 may be returned until Jan 15 of the following year, subject to the same eligibility conditions.
Price adjustments
One‑time price adjustments may be issued as store credit if an item goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase and is still in stock in your size. Excludes limited drops and final sale items.
Bundles and gifts
- Bundle items must be returned together in original condition.
- Items received as a gift can be returned for store credit to the recipient.
